    We hired ************************* on Aug 4th licensed and permit filed under JM Murray Construction to extend my deck. We paid him upfront $64,230.00. We currently have an unfinished, unsafe deck that goes against drawings submitted to the ************************** permitting and our HOA approved drawings. According to a structural engineer and licensed contractor the unfinished deck has to be torn down and reconstructed. There are multiple issues with conforming to code and drawings. Also, there are multiple damages to our property due to their incompetencies. We are out $64,230, plus $6,000 to remove unfinished deck and over $12,000 to repair damages to our home.

No transaction of money was ever received from this Gentleman for work performed, nor was any work performed by myself or my company. I would ask that this claim be further investigated and provide me with any other information needed, as I do not want my Company to have any negative actions reported.     I am rejecting this response because:  JM Murray Construction is on all documents.   The documents are ** building permit, Insurance Certificate, proposal and invoices.  I want my money back.
