    Like many people of the golden isles I was aware of ISound DJs and thought I knew that they were 100% going to bring the party and know how to DJ.WRONG ISound does a great job making you feel like they care and want you to have control of your day. They ask you to intensely fill out their own app to know your full timeline, when you want songs to begin and end until the second, what songs you want for certain moments, and what songs are a must play please at reception. All of this is great, but only if your DJ actually looks at the app and details. Our DJ started his vibe off with phone notifications being played on the speaker in between songs, then as the ceremony began instead of fading the music in between songs it was a blunt ****** cutoff! The we go to exit our ceremony and as the song begins to play its interrupted by yet another *************** between ceremony and reception the DJ was seen outside sitting on his phone, just seconds before my husband and I were to be announced in.things continue to get worse. The first dance songs were not played to the correct song timelines as they were put in the ****** husband went up to his to tell him we were ready for the bouquet toss and other moment songs and he was somehow missing the music we had put in our timeline. We had to personally request and tell him what songs to play all night long. On our must play list that ISound request you make, Id say we heard about half.many moments of our ONCE IN A LIFETIME day were ruined because of this ISound DJ. ISound services are not cheap,we expected way more than received. We spent hours stressing to make sure their app was filled out for the conscience of the DJs understanding. Songs were pinned down to seconds we wanted them played and ignored. I even put to fade our busing at the ceremony, which to me is DJing 101, but he didnt even do that.After complaining the ISound management we found out that this DJ is contracted by they and not one of their set staff DJs.
