      Completely useless. I've had hundreds of packages delivered by other couriers without issue, but the last two have been ASL and they've been "lost" enroute. Pathetic.

      ASL ALWAYS EFFS IT UP!They are always late, they post a delivery as delivered & handed to customer, and it never showed up.They post a package delivered and has absolutely not been delivered. On numerous occasions. They post handed to customer and it's dumped tossed on the porch.They recklessly throw packages on my porch and post it was placed on the porch.How are they still in business? It is May 2023 and I've have had 4 delivery issues with this horrible company I will be using Aliexpress or 'light in the box', because they are getting better and faster and don't use ASL.

      No updates on tracking app,tracking code does not even work, slower less reliable service

      Worse experience ever! This company needs to go out of business and Amazon needs to drop them as a delivery service. Fifteen packages have been returned to Amazon and before they ever came to me! If they dont deliver to *********** that should be indicated. Instead they say business is closed! Of course *********** is closed! Its a Sunday or late Saturday evening. They can SEE the address!! So the parcels have been returned not once but THREE times now! Amazon says keep ordering and I havent gotten ANYTHING yet!! Its been 3 weeks!! And these are things fulfilled by Amazon, not even a third party!!ASL also notes that it was the customer that requested the return and that is a fight and a half when dealing with Amazon! Im so done with both companies. I would give ZERO stars if I could!
