    I would not recommend buying a home from Wiley Home Center to anyone. My husband and I went in January to purchase a home, and we had all of our stuff in order. We had all of our permits. We had all of our quotes from contractors ( well, septic, lights, AC/heating). We had the land, and we were approved at the bank. All we needed was the home. It should have been a fast process and we told Natalie, the owner, we needed to be in a home quickly. She assured us that wouldn't be a problem. She promised to widen the doorway and install a taller toilet for my husband's **********. Everything was going great until she got paid. The external contractors did a great job and were finished by Feb. 18th. The contractor working on the house cussed me out when I asked him if they were still on track to be finished by the 20th and he wanted to know about a deck that he had previously agreed to complete. I had to repeatedly ask him to leave while he spouted cuss words and obscene remarks at me. I asked Natalie not to allow him back on the property. She sent him back anyway. That is when he began damaging my home. There is pencil scribbles on the walls throughout the home. There is a wall where it looks as if he took a nail and scratched it up. He took hinges off of 3 of my doors to "fix" another door. The door wasn't widened to what we agreed upon and the toilet was never put in. I had to stop them from coming to my home to prevent further damages. They never delivered steps to my home and Natalie did not want to give me keys to my home even when every single penny owed to her was paid in full. There are still so many damages to the home and it is like pulling teeth to get anyone, even the company over her to take responsibility because she is an independent company. It is no wonder she is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend her to anyone and if you read this and still choose to buy, just know, you've been warned. Lies. Nothing but Lies!
