      Things have gone WAY DOWN HILL since the owner's passing. The new owner Lindsey is the rudest "owner" I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with.
      KMP had been to my house to service my hot water heater previously, "fixed" an issue, that reoccurred less than 3 months later. They stated more equipment (drain pipe, etc) was needed [[that somehow wasn't before??]] and didn't give a price until after services were rendered. When we asked if the $420+ could be billed, the tech had to "call the boss" who was so rude. Come to find out... we still didn't even have hot water!! No problem, we ******** how to turn it on and got our hot showers. Lindsey called the following morning (after me reaching out that it hadn't been cut on) to place the blame on us, and I let her know it was no problem... we got it on. She couldn't even let it be. Kept going on about it not being their fault AND!! that plumbing was luxery so yes, they always require payment at the time of service. Never again with all blame to LINDSEY not the techs.
