    The company offers no returns but doesnt state that policy on their website. Their Q&A section even has entries for Returns, making it appear they accept returns. The company refuses to allow the return of a completely unused item. We are dissatisfied with their product and dont want an exchange, we just want our money back and are happy to return the original unused product, but they wont accept it. Its not a good product and we feel cheated, all the more because they wont refund us, even if we pay to ship back the original unused product.

    Purchased heavy duty water hose on 12/09/22.price estimate $50 Limited Lifetime Warranty Dispute is product failure around the male head gushing out water when faucet turned on thru sprayer head. Replaced rubber washer, but water came out of crimped section.Manager of ********** '*****' said to contact the manufacturer, reimbursed $9.90.The advertisement is display that it's display is Limited Lifetime which was only 2-yrs, 6mos. Hose was kept upright on rack, drained at all times when not in use and under shaded carport. 75' hose in ********** discontinued so I had to purchase a 100' hose and used my Father's *** gift card, which was $25, reimbursed $9.90 & charged the remainder on Depot Credit Card. Do you think I would've gone through the trouble just to pay more money for another one of the same if they had it but had to pay extra for another.

    On 8/19/23 I purchased a brand-new Swan 3/4" by 75' Contractor Choice garden hose from my local ****************** store. I paid $69.99 for the hose, for a total of $76.95 after sales tax. On 6/4/24 the hose began leaking at one of the crimped metal fittings. On 6/5/24, I submitted a warranty claim to Swan, notified them that I was displeased with the quality of the hose, and would like a refund. They sent me an email instructing me to destroy the hose, to take pictures of the destroyed hose, and email those pictures to them, as part of the warranty/claim process. I did all of these things as instructed, but they are refusing to provide a refund. After several inquiry emails on my behalf, they are no longer responding to me.
