On May ************************************************************************** my car , which includes bleeding the brakes. He replaced the part , then said it was a bad part, he came back on the 13th with another one and put that one on.. he then bled the brakes , but afterwords I had no brakes at all. ( They wouldn't work at all, the car was not drivable) He then said he thinks it's a different part, they will send a quote. On May 16 I reached out because I hadn't heard anything back and they said they no longer think it's that part and they are trying to figure out what it could be. I then asked to speak to a supervisor which never happened.I asked for my money back at that time. They said they could give me labor cost back which was 300$ . But the part is not $350 which would be the remainder of the balance. The part is $65 at AutoZone at best. I have reached out on multiple occasions and they still never refunded the amount they said they would and will not respond back.I had to rent a car for two weeks until I could get someone else out to find out what was going on and had to pay another mechanic to fix the car again.

I contacted brakes to you first in May and they came out and did my front brake pads and rotors. I contacted them again in August to have my calipers replaced. Well I moved to ********** in September and on November 12th my brakes went out completely driving home. I have taken my car out here to my mechanic and I have to have the pads rotors and calipers done again. He also told me they were not getting fluid through for a while and it seemed something that should not have been poured in there had been. I should not be replacing everything again this soon. When I called to speak with a manager about this I was told they would put a ticket in but could not promise it would be that day that I got a call. I waited the rest of 12/3 and all of 12/4 and never got a call.

This company scammed me out of nearly $600. I called on the phone after finding them on ****** And ask for a price quote. I was giving a quote of around $300 for brake repair for my rear brake pads. I was asked to pay a $25 deposit and put my card on hold To an appointment. I made the appointment, After doing such a few minutes later, I was then sent a text stating that the price had gone up to Approximately $420. I was told that the price had to go up because of the type of vehicle that I had which they already knew and had gotten my Vin number when I called. I am a single parent and had no idea these things cost and Scheduled appointment for the following day. The next day, the technician came out and looked at my vehicle and told me that I needed rear brake pads as well. He looked up the price on the phone and gave me another price quote of Around $600 And told me that if I didnt go with that price and schedule for him to come back the next day after him going to to get the parts that I would forfeit my deposit as well as we charged an additional $150 service charge. I was upset, but I went ahead and scheduled it. I was contacted on the day of my service and told that The parts were more expensive than anticipated and that it was going to be $900. And also that there was a new technician Whom I would be dealing with And that the old one did not realize how much Price was going to be. The new technician called me from the dealership stating that because I needed front brakes. They were significantly higher than the rear brakes and that the price would be higher. The technician came out and did the work and charge me nearly $1200 ultimately! After the work was completed, I paid and contacted the dealership for pricing on the parts, and my parts were only $600 total. So therefore, this company scammed me out of an additional $600 for one hour of labor, Lying to me stating that it was all for the expense of the parts. I am devastated. I work too hard for my money.
