    This company was supposed to send me a computer tablet. I sent the money and after contacting them they said they would refund my money but as of September 12 2022 nothing. Not a call or money or tablet. Now it is only 10 dollars and one cent I was promised a tablet then later for a refund but neither have happened. This is a company I am an old man on disability social security. I just want it to be fixed. I still may put my experience with this company on social media.*************************

    Upon seeing an add for a free *** card I reviewed all information. In the description it states youre qualified if you receive state benefits such as food stamps or ********* I filled out the application and was approved for a *** card. Immediately following a message came back and stated that I qualified for a tablet to go with the *** card for $10.01. It took me to an external processor and accepted the payment with a confirmation number. I have reached out via email multiple times and have tried to phone the number listed on the website multiple times with no response. This company is praying on the less fortunate and its sickening.

    This was an offer for a tablet and sim card if you receive government benefits. I applied and was approved. Was told the tablet was $10.01 so I paid and waited. This was in March 2022. It is July 2022 and over the course of these past four months, I've spoke to several different people and they all gave me different answers with the last one printing a label through stamps.com and even providing a tracking number. This was 6/30/22. Today is 7/6/22 and the tracking still shows that it's waiting for packaged to be received at the post office. I have called today and no answer or response. The email that was provided for the tracking info was from *******************

    This company offered free wifi connectivity via a free sim card for those eligible for the federal EBB program. As part of this program the federal government provided tablets for which I was charged $10 on 04/25/2022. This company offers no customer support and the only source of contact is through an automated ******** messenger account that loops the same series of messages over and over. I received a sim card, but never received the tablet I was charged for.
