One word - outstanding. From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for better company to work with. Their quoting process was streamlined/efficient/competitive, leveraging technology in 2023, as opposed to an archaic system. No complex form or walkthrough, simply direct contact via text with some photos. After the quote, they conducted the work extremely fast, but didn't cut any corners and couldn't have done the job better. They frequently followed-up to make sure we were happy with the work, and had near immediate responses any time we had a question. I already referred them to a coworker, and plan to refer them to anyone who needs electrical work in the future. Thanks for everything, Custom Solar Solutions; your efforts are greatly appreciated!

My experience with Custom Solar Solutions was positive right from the start. **** asked all the right questions and even educated me a bit on getting the right EV charger for my new **** His professionalism and honesty as well as reasonable price quote made it easy to select the Custom Solar team. The lead electrician, *******, showed up with his trainee and was just as professional and helpful and took his time to do the job right. They even cleaned up when they were done. I am very pleased with the work that ****'s and ******'s teams did on my roof. I needed my roof replaced, but I had solar panels, and other companies didn't want to bother with it, but Custom Solar Solutions came out and did exactly what I needed done. ******* looks great, and my solar panels were uninstalled and reinstalled, now they are more aesthetically pleasing when I look at *******. Great service with quality work ethic. Well manner employees that know what they are doing. Licensed Electrician in our state which is ******* ***. They went over what we were expecting. I have always been extremely skeptical of solar, however, interested ! I reached out to Custom Solar to get some information. The personalized experience that Custom Solar gave me not only put my mind at ease but allowed me to truly look forward to the process!
