    On 6/20/23 my vehicle was towed to Two Nuts And A Bolt Repair shop for repairs. They sent me an estimate and told me it should take a **uple of weeks for parts then an additional **uple of weeks for repairs. However, after months of inquiring and waiting, my vehicle still hadn't been repaired. Finally, ************************* told me that I **uld get a rental vehicle and he would **ver the **sts. We agreed to him only charging me a total of $2,000 for my repairs due to the long length of time it was taking which would offset the car rental. I mentioned that I had already paid him $4,500 plus the $1800 received from my warranty **. **** said not to worry, will work all of that out. I rented a vehicle from 8/25/23 - 12/05/23. On 11/06/23 I was informed that my vehicle had sugar in the tank and I needed to **ntact my insurance **. Then on 12/04/23 I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup but when I picked it up I **uldn't even get a block away before it felt like it was going to fall apart. I returned the vehicle then on 03/07/24 **** called to tell me that he **uldn't fix it and to **me pick it up. When I asked about the difference of what I paid him and the warranty ** paid from the $2000 agreed upon amount, he said again that we would work that out. However, he soon refused to refund me the money and **ntinued to makeup excuses.

    ************* had her car towed in. she stated it was at the dealer for months,then it was toed to autosport he stated a head gasket and water pump. she towed the rover to us. upon inspection looks like nothing was ever done, explained to customer. it ran so hot needed  a new cylinder head . replaced parts it stopped running. the gas tank was full of sugar. i replaced fuel pump in tank cleaned out tank, replaced high pressure pump, all injectors. **** drove ran ok but began acting badly. i found it needed a part that was very expensive i told her to take it to the dealer confirmed my diagnosed  she has paid 4500 and . her total bill came out to1823  i credited her repair bill.2000 her bill totals *****. she paid 6300 leaving a balance of 4000.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    **** told me that he was only going to charge me $2,000 to offset the car rental bill that he told me to rent because he was taking too long to repair my vehicle.  I do not owe him anything instead he owes me.  9 months later he changed his mind and is proving to be a liar and a fraudulent business owner.
