Business is not legitimate, very sneaky. Never gave us title to our car. Found out dealership never submitted to the dmv to avoid taxes. After asking for over a year and getting the run around along with having the progressive lawyer involved , we received the original title for the vehicle which was never submitted to the dmv. They sold us a car with multiple issues and no title. Completely a scam

We at Quezon Auto Sales are very legitimate. We are not sneaky and did not practice anything sneaky with *************************. We sold her a car as an out of state customer and we as Georgia dealers do not collect taxes for out of state customers. Therefore, we in no way were trying to avoid paying taxes. As dealers conducting business with an out of state customer our obligation is to provide the title to the customer so that they may register the car with their state. We mailed the title well within the appropriate time frame of thirty days via **** overnight shipping and alerted the customer via text and the customer confirmed my message was received. The customer reached out to me over a month later to say she never received the title and at that time we referenced the tracking information on the receipt in order to track the package. Eventually, after days of discovery with **** it was said that the title was lost in the mail. We here at Quezon Auto Sales make it a practice to make and keep copies of all documentation, therefore, we made a copy of the original title that we overnighted to ************************* front and back. The original title was a ******* title. Once we were informed by **** that the title was lost we offered to help ************************* get another title by way of a title bond, which is a tedious process and requires multiple steps and can take time. During this time the car was fully functionable and drivable and i saw the customers daughter drive it several times up until it was wrecked and declared a total loss. Did her car have minor issues yes and we offered to fix the issues but the customer never made arrangements to meet with us. In fact, I have several text messages that will validate me asking the customer to come in for repairs. Lastly, as for the title we eventually received the new title and the customers husband came to the lot to pick up the title. At the time *******'s husband received the title it was a Georgia title because we did what we said we would and helped her replace the title that was lost in the mail. ************************* was very disgruntled and rude and used harsh and profaned words towards me over the phone claiming that I wronged her but unfortunately we were unable to complete the phone conversation due to her temperament. Conclusively, we in no way shape or form set out to conduct business illegitimately with anyone and I assure you we did not practice illegitimate business with *************************.

A representative from this company bought a non-running car at auction, did the bare minimum to get it moving and then sold it for near market value. I am out a lot of money due to this shady, greedy, slimy garbage human being. Tyrus ***** has put me out in a manner that a narcissist like himself probably cannot comprehend. I hope any individual thinking of purchasing from this company sees this review and thinks better of it. They will take advantage of you if they can. I was in a spot where I needed a vehicle ASAP and was forced to make a move and I made it with the wrong individual. the representative of this company looked me in my face and told me I was getting a steal. Abhorrent behavior. Bottom dwelling scum.

I assure you that Quezon Auto Sales do not purchase vehicles that are not running. We purchase vehicles that are running and driving to fulfill our mission to sell quality cars. I looked through my records and don't see a single document stating that i sold a car to *************************.
