    Excellent customer service. Have been coming to *************** for years. Has a closed in air conditioned shop where you can wait, watch him work, and watch tv at the same time on a comfortable couch. Cant go wrong with also being the cheapest in ******** WITH a lifetime warranty. Has always stood behind his work and helped me with any issues I've had. Would recommend him to anyone.

    Horrible customer service. *************** state he would text my cellphone and confirm with me his address for my window tint service. He never did. And the following day, 24 hours plus later, he calls my phone during a 3 hour movie and said since I didn't answer he cancelled my appointment inwhich was slated for the following day Wednesday. I called him Wednesday looking to confirm the appointment hours prior to the appointment time and he relayed since I didn't answer he cancelled. I stayed I'd be leaving a review since he yelled at me over the phone as well; stated he did not care. This is horrible customer relations. Other people have left these same types of reviews for his business. He wants individuals to rate him high so these sort of reviews or in the weeds.
