Ordered 2 cakes to be delivered the day before Thanksgiving. Spoke to a representative on the phone and she assured me the cakes would be delivered before Thanksgiving. Well here it is Thanksgiving and no cakes at either home. I called twice, sent two emails yesterday when the recipients did not receive their cakes and nothing. No response, no apology, no refund. I will be disputing the charge and will NEVER order another product from them. To lie to simply get an order is NOT OK.

I attempted to mail Candy to my daughter for her birthday from Savannah Candy Kitchen. There was a typo in the mailing address and the company refused to refund my money or send a replacement order to my daughter. There was candy is very expensive to begin with. There is no way I would be sending candy to someone I didnt know. Heres their response to me: Unfortunately, after speaking with my shipping department there is nothing we can do. We shipped the candy to the address you provided when placing your order, the candy has since been delivered to the address provided. We apologize for any disappointment or frustration this may cause. ****** ******* I think this business practice is terrible and I will no longer order anything from them again. I had ordered a cake for my daughter-in-law (delivered) and other orders in the past. In the future, I will triple check addresses and NEVER order from Savannahs Candy Kitchen again.
