ON 10/10/2023 I SAW AN AD FOR A **** ******* AND A FREE PHONE CHARGER AND i ONLY HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING NO MONTHLY PAYMENT I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING OR AGREE ON ANY AUTOWITHDRAWL FROM MY BANK I PD $10.75 ON `OCT 10 FOR THE SHI[PPING THEN I NOTICED IN DEC THAT THERE WERE 2 UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS FROM MY ACCOUNT NOV & DEC BOTH $19.97 EACH I THEN EMAILED THEM AND HAD NO REPLY I EVEN FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB ON `1/27/23 AND NO F/U AFTER THE EMAIL SENT TO CONFIRM THEY RECEIVED NY COMPLAINT. I AM RAISING MY 3 GRANDCHILDREN AND I DON'T HAVE ANY EXTRA MONEY FOR SOMEONE TO KEEP ROBBING ME EVERY MONTH ALSO THE **** ******* IS COMPLETE JUNK AND ALSO THE CHARGER IS JUNK TOO.. I bought devices from this company for 150$ in dec. Devices did not work and were thrown out. I did not seek refund. Had brain bleeds and have been sick past 6 months. I’m a senior citizen and am furious with being taken advantage of. They have charged me for 6 months approx 19.97 a month and I found this out today. They will not help me , only reach phillipines. They will not connect me w manager. No company to reach in America. I have spent 3 hours on phone trying to deal w this to no avail. Called Amex business but they could only help me cancel any future charges This is a bogus company that takes advantage of senior citizens and it’s impossible to reach anyone to resolve this. I bought the Ultra WiFi pro extenders and never really got them to work. The reason I am complaining though is that for nearly 3 years now they have been debiting my credit card almost $20 a month. I never had a contract for any charges other than the original cost of the extender. I certainly didn't approve the $700 in charges I have incurred over the past 3 years. I have tried to contact them several times without success. I would like to stop the monthly debits to my credit card and would like to get at least 6 months of the back charges refunded. I purchased two Ultra Wi-Fi Pro wifi extenders on Nov 11, 2022 for $85.16 US ($118.49 CAN). Since that purchase the company has charged my VISA $19.97 every month for five months until I noticed Their customer service number is a call center that services several businesses. I was told by the "customer service" representative that the purchase of the product included a free trial for a Web TV streaming service that was not cancelled. This was clearly a scripted response and false as the monthly charges began a month later on Dec 11, 2022. Obviously, no free trial here. Not only am I out of pocket for the purchase of the wifi extender product that didn't improve the strength of my wifi signal, I was fraudulently charged ~ $150 CAN.Initial Complaint

We purchased a wifi router, and they gave us a free eyeglass cleaner at check out. Attached to this free eyeglass cleaner was a subscription to a monthly service that would be billed monthly if not canceled after 30 days. We did not see this in the description and never wanted a subscription to their service. This practice of giving away a free item that they ship you and then providing a monthly subscription service online is a great bait-and-switch tacit. I can't even find that they provide a TV service like Netflix on their website. They were willing to give me a refund for this month but not for the last 10 months that I had missed that they were charging me. I have attached a receipt and it doesn't show we signed up for any service.
