    8/11/23 $142 Mega Volume + wispy eyelash extensions Lashes were uncomfortable, I was not able to brush them, and they only lasted a few days instead of 2 weeks. Charged late fee though I was there but couldn’t find her suite Tried to explain concerns and was blocked.

    Goodmorning, I’m sorry for getting back so late.. i’m just now seeing this email . ********** know and understand my website & policy every well. this client booked an appointment with me on August 11,2023 . She booked me day of her appointment asking to booked with me which she is aware of the $25 squeeze in fee . Which made her total come out to 160 . My policy states when you are “10 minutes late you will be charged a late fee when you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled or cancel UNLESS i still take my client and that’s a 30.00 fee. which i didn’t charge her .

    This client is  very much aware of this policy. she booked with me twice and received the confirmation email which states my policy . ********** appointment was at 8:30 she didn’t text me until 8:49 stating she’s outside but don’t know when she’s at i called her and told her i was outside and corrected her to get her to the right place . when i told ********** where to be at i stood outside and waited on her for 5 minutes which now she is 15 minutes late . 

    We eventually started with her lashes and got done around 10:00pm . After we finished her set i gave her a mirror and stated to let me know if anything was wrong with them or if she wanted me to fix them she stated nothing was wrong and everything was good . I gave ********** the run down of her lashes i stated to “let me know if anything happens with her lashes the first 24-48 hrs it’s a free of charge of her lashes if anything happens to them.” also stated “to be careful brushing her lashes due to a pinch of adhesive is at the top of each spike to help them give the illusion of a spike”. 


    Unfortunately after 6 days i received a text message stating that her lashes was hard to brush and they didn’t last long . like stated before i told her to be careful brushing them and to also let me know if anything happens it will be no problem with me fixing for free within 24-48 hours . after will be a touch up fee . She then stated that “I wasn’t going to say anything because I didn’t want you to fix them after having that issue.” So ********** knew of my policy but didn’t contact me until the next weekend about lashes she eventually plucked all off . Down below is all the messages and times and proof of term and conditions .
