    I scheduled a hair appointment for May 29,2024 with ******* to get a butterfly loc bob.
    When she was doing my hair, I asked that if the perimeter of my hair (in the front of my head) be done smaller because I don’t like big spaces. She informed me to “trust the process” that it’ll turn out right.
    When she finished I disliked it but I told her that I’ll give it time to grow on me
    The very next morning, I inboxed her and told her that I did not like the hair and if she could redo it that afternoon (Thursday May 30,2024) or Friday. She informed me that she could not & that she could do it next week. I informed her that I won’t be available next week and that I’d like to be issued a refund bc i needed my hair done on that week and since she wasn’t able to rectify the issue within a timeframe that was feasible to me, then I needed a refund.
    She ignored me. I double replied asking for refund status- she replied the next morning (Friday May 31, 2024) that she refuses to honor a refund bc I was “fully serviced on Wednesday (May 29). I reiterated how I was dissatisfied with her services that she provided Wednesday and since she couldn’t redo it, then I needed a refund. She has yet to respond after viewing my messages 4+ hrs ago.

    The price of the hair style was $225 + a $25 deposit
    I took down my hair May 29,2024
    It is unfair that I had to pay money for a hairstyle that I disliked and the stylist failed to redo. And quite frankly, I would not trust her to do my hair at this point after this interaction.
    I would like to be recompensed for the time wasted and for failure to correct an issue.
