    This store is going to get a civil suit slapped on them if they are not careful. Judging by some of the other reviews, perhaps a class action as well. My daughter is an entertainer from ******* who has also been on films here and a popular television show. She has even met the governor of Georgia at the state capitol in congratulation with other well known entertainers for bringing commerce to the state. She is a top-notch individual who has never been in any trouble whatsoever. After a tour of Florida she had a show in ********. In the downtime before the show she and her bandmate entered this Ace looking for something for the tour van. My daughter was looking at some novelty magnet items that she decided not to buy and placed them back in the spot they belonged. As she was exiting the store an older male Ace employee chased her out approaching her in a hostile manner accusing her of stealing the magnets. My daughter emptied her pockets saying she did not take the magnets. She felt violated and threatened by this man. He said something sarcastic to her and went back in the store. Congratulations Berwick Ace Hardware, after several nation wide tours of every major city in ***************** and ******, this store and your unprofessional, belligerent employee are the only ones who made my daughter feel like a criminal. Shame on you! She will be back to play ******** and our family will surely vacation down there again as we often do. Your sorry excuse for a store WILL come up in every conversation about ******** from here on out as a low-class reprehensible establishment that deserves no patronage.

    Good afternoon,I personally addressed Mr. ********* concerns and humbly asked for his assistance to narrow down which employee may have done this to his daughter considering it is against our values and expectations for our employees to do that. We typically focus on phenomenal customer service and the majority of our 523 reviews show that. I honestly wanted to fix the problem! Unfortunately ******************** had no interest and only wanted to smear our organization for a mistake someone may have made. When ******************** posted a picture of the owner on ****** as the person that accused his daughter he was not only wrong (since we were both in ******* that week), but he also crossed a line that allowed for ****** to remove the review. It is obvious that ******************** spends more time publicly shaming retailers and restaurants when they fall short of perfection. This absolutely could have been resolved with a short conversation as opposed to attacks.
