I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO RATING! All lies from the seller. Builder and contractors do c*** work. My 10 year old son can paint and caulk better. Tile work is a joke. Cracked glass backsplash tiles. Tile on floor cut around door frames. Do not buy from Landmark 24!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BBB,None of the items mentioned by the homeowner were ever reported through the *** portal to *************************. The homeowners did report a couple of items in November 2022 - an HVAC issue, an interior door that wasnt closing properly, an unsecured soffit on the side of the house and the hot water pressure is low; all of which have been completed. They did also report a drainage issue which was excluded as it was the backside of the yard near the *****, which was more that 10 feet from the foundation and pictures provided were during a heavy rain storm. Drainage warranty allows for 48 hours to drain after a rain event, and as mentioned, the ponding was more than 10 from foundation.None of the reported items included bad tile work, paint and caulking, cracked backsplash, or tile cuts around door frames. At one year would have been the time to address paint and caulking and tile work but wouldve needed to be reported and scheduled on or around 12/10/2022; one year from the closing date - The 1-year workmanship warranty which allows for quality of paint, caulking and tile to be addressed if its deemed warrantable and a result of poor workmanship. As mentioned, these items have never been reported through the *** portal of Quality Builder's Warranty. Landmark 24 Homes will be more than happy to discuss any issues further with the customer. It is important that the customer follow the process and report the issues through the *** portal of the Quality Builder's Warranty.
