      5/31/22 - purchase platinum subscription for QuoteIQ program that includes desktop and app for up to 5 members. tried to upload contacts, but didn't work; contacted support. They tried to help but in the end it didn't work. Went back and forth with them to get it to work and then asked for them to switch my payment to a new account so I could start anew. Was informed that they don't refund. This is correct as stated in their terms, but the program never worked from the beginning. I informed them that I am more than happy to work with them but they have now been ignoring me. I've opened a new free account and just want them to move my payment from the other account to the new account so that I can open up a new platinum account. No response - so contacted BBB to assist. We want to work with them and use their program. No idea why the ghosting.
