    Company M2 Repairs and renovations also owned by JDog Junk removal of Savannah Ga, was hired to renovate a property for us. A budget was discussed and agreed upon with a 6 month timeline. Company did not file the proper permits and paperwork with the county, county caught them, made them do a bunch of fixes with the correct permits, company did not know the county codes, rules and laws causing the project to go over by over 1 year of projection as well as we were charge $80,000 over the budget we agreed upon. Now company has filed a materialman's lien on the property causing us to not be able to list or sell the property. Causing us more expenses and potentially making us foreclose on the loan and not be able to sell it. They are now charging us late fees on top of their charges that we never approved or agreed upon. This business does not know what they are doing and never should of taken the renovation job as they obviously did not know what they were doing putting all of us at risk due to their neglect and lack of knowledge on building codes from the county and they should of been up front and not told us they could do the renovation and the agreed upon quote given.

    Please be advised that JDog Junk Removal and Hauling is not the owner of M2 Repairs and Renovations as stated in the complaint and currently has no liens of any type against any properties. We are a Junk Removal and Hauling company and only that.

    The details are inaccurate. M2 Repairs and Renovation Management is the owner of JDog Junk Removal. While the job was over the original budget and did have some delays they were caused by permitting and inspection issues that were out of our control and that neither M2 Repairs and Renovation Management or the client could not have expected or predicted.  We had open communication with the client of which most is in writing. Also due to pending legal actions that our firm is taking against the client we cannot indulge in all of the details.
