    I went to this location to received 2 bags of fluid the representative advised me they use a spray when receiving fluids. I & I have had IV fluids several times in the past 2 years, I work 2 jobs so I'm always on the go. I have NEVER had a reaction or received a spray prior to receiving the fluids. Please see the pictures attached as to what my arm looked like after leaving this facility. It took about 3 weeks for it to go away. It was extremely embarrassing. I felt like people looked at me like a drug addict or something. It was extremely uncomfortable being in a hot climate and having to go out in public looking like this, there are little bumps around it like I had an allergic reaction to this spray as well as my arm had a spot swollen with blood that eventually got darker & spread under my skin which looked terrible.

    I certainly though we resolved this in February when you responded to our text checking on you, and I truly am disappointed to have to respond to this on the BBB site.  However, any risk with getting an IV is bruising, especially with receiving 2 liters. And as I stated before, I used a 20g needle.  Often times, after the catheter is removed and the dressing is applied, if any lifting of a purse etc, it could cause addl bleeding under the skin, which will in turn cause a bruise. I've even gotten them myself.  I'm sorry this was your first experience getting a bruise and what I learned after your reaction to the cold spray is, I now ask my customers would they like to use it.  We continue to use it at the spa with great results.  Again, I apologize for your experience.
