On multiple occasions, the managers at this location have been beyond disrespectful. I got my car painted on 7/2023-8/2023 and the first time it was a mix-match mistake in the paint, I was accused of wanting to get things for free to later be told I was right the paint didn't match after the manager calmed down. I still have photos. He later had to call and apologize for speaking to me like that. Today **** the new manager told me that I was trying to get something for free. Yelling and being blatantly disrespectful. When my car was serviced they told me they needed to blend my front bumper cover. On the invoice, it states that. He told me today that the invoice means they only blended half of the bumper. I've never heard that, and was also told something different when getting my car quoted. You can see clear paint chipping on the bumper. I have multiple photos of my car the same day I turned my car into them. I also have photos of the day I picked my car up. My car is in great condition and it's no reason the clear paint is peeling after the car was touched up. I informed him multiple times that he was incorrect. Since I was speaking at a very calm level he got upset and assumed I said he didn't know anything, and he went back to yelling. I had to inform him on multiple occasions you do not need to speak to me in such a fashion. That is why I asked originally to speak with the owner because the last time the manager was just as disrespectful. I was very sure after seeing my car and explaining she’ll remember me. How many people do they disrespect right? I've sent an email. I'm also waiting to hear back from corporate, yet not sure what they can do if this is a franchise.
**** **** is unprofessional, He has no experience with dealing with customers. I'm a vet so I understand everyone has bad days but to be a manager, customer service is valuable. I need to speak with someone. I didn't even ask him to fix it once. All I asked was can I speak with the owner, please
