    My husband and I hired ********* to help facilitate a move 12/7-8/2024. When I called to receive a quote, I detailed what was in each room and what needed to be moved. We were informed that the team could pack for us one day and move everything the following day. Our estimated moving expense was quoted at $2,265.00. During the actual moving process, we experienced countless issues, including (but not limited to) the following:1. ********* supplied zero tools despite being told there was large furniture that would need to be disassembled 2. ********* broke the water line when attempting to move the washer (despite saying this could easily be done). We ended up having to call a plumber to repair the leak.3. Valuables (which should have been in a box) were found in the middle of our street by fellow neighbors 4. Team members asked inappropriate questions regarding our house price, etc. 5. The move was no where near complete at the end of the day. We ended up having to assemble all of the furniture ourselves as they did not do so Following the "move", we received our bill, which was $3,953.89 (almost double of which was originally quoted).We were very unsatisfied with the move given the issues as aforementioned. Therefore, we reached out to the company to discuss further. As a result, they agreed to remove an hour of time (charged at $209) from our final bill. I accepted this agreement. However, once I reviewed the final charge, I was charged $3850,89. I reached out to the company stating that an hour was not removed from the final bill. However, was simply ignored and just given a copy of our contract (which was signed prior to the move). I have not heard back from the company despite sending an email asking for a reply.

    Since filing the complaint, I have heard from the company with resolution of my complaints.
