    My son's daycare had an outbreak of RSV this week. I took him to SouthCoast Health Pediatrics this morning since they advertise ************* open to walk-ins. I arrive with my 5 month old as soon as they open, clearly demonstrating respiratory symptoms and I am refused access to medical care since my son is not a current patient. I scanned the website prior to driving to the facility and nothing on the website stated you had to be a current patient. The unprofessionalism displayed by both receptionists was shocking. I have never been spoken to or dismissed when needing medical care like I experienced this morning at SouthCoast Pediatrics. As a medical professional myself, I am saddened to know places such as this exist.
