    I ordered a pizza on March 17th, for cash delivery through the papa john’s app, I later seen that my order was assigned to a door dasher delivery. I had the option to pay card on the app, so I did. $52.10 was paid before the pizza arrived. Later, a papa john guy delivered my pizza at the door, He stated I didn’t pay so I paid in cash, he was handed $60.00,,, I then reached out MULTIPLE times to the store and kept getting hung up on, so today when I called, I finally spoke with someone who was no help at all and VERY RUDE! She told me she didn’t see the double payment, but was cutting me off and trying to get me off the phone. I have proof on my ring camera of the driver and also of the payment I made. The lady told me that they can unassigned dasher from the order, and that is clearly what happened, I just want my money back! I never ordered from doordash in the first place so they should have never been assigned to my order in the FIRST PLACE!

    I placed an order on July 28th, I tracked my order and it stated my order was picked up. Knowing that I never picked up my order, I head to the store to pick it up & I was told it wasn’t ready yet, so I waited additional 20-30 mins for a pizza that was supposed to be ready. On July 30th, I placed an order & was told my order would be ready in 10-15 mins, after looking at the tracker & stating it was ready, I head to the store just to find out my order hasn’t been started on yet…. 2 employees in store on their phone, not doing anything at all, so I called customer service line to let them know what I encountered & that I would like to receive my money back, I was told a ticket was put in and I will receive a email or phone call in 24-48 hours!!! I never heard anything back so today I called to let them know, I was told by customer service that my ticket was completed and there was a “future credit on my account” and I needed to call the store to verify. I called the store & I was told there was nothing in the system and no credit on my account, called back customer service just to be told I need to wait additional 24-48 hours for my ticket to be solved because it was never solved from June 30!! I am extremely upset & frustrated! Please send me my money !
