    I contacted Aarons to tell them I was moving, they representative told me I could schedule a moving date, They were contacted at the beginning of February, I told her, I did not want the furniture, because It was not brand new, but they were leasing it as a new item, but I wanted the television because it was new. Then, I told them I was waiting on them to get the furniture, they continued to call for a payment on an item they were suppose to pick up. The young lady said, I could pay $160 for the tv, so when I called for to make a payment the manage didnt want to take a payment, but said the account was 30 days late and started threatening because I move the television to the new address, which i gave him. He said he would report the television stolen. The representative was a black lady and the Manager was White. The Senior building I live in is known for break ends and I didnt want to leave the tv in an empty apartment. I had to pay someone to move it, because I am 59 years old and cannot lift heavy things.

    Leased a washer and dryer set in June 2023. Washer quit working Thursday 11/9/23, called and got scheduled for a repair service and told they would be out 11-5 Saturday, so I canceled plans and sat here waiting. 4:45 pm I called them and was told they had no one to come get it and they would be there Monday. Today, Monday the 13th, I called at 1 pm when I still had no one call or appear as told. They then told me they would pick up from 1-3, but could they push that til 3-6 pm. It is now 9 pm and not a call, email, nothing telling me they aren’t coming. It’s an expensive product to begin with, but to lie and completely disregard an agreement is unacceptable.
