    My girlfriend and I have been renting from Low Country Rentals and Development for two years. We moved from a one bedroom apartment to a three bedroom house back in February. Our experience with this company has been great. They are professional and quick to answer questions.

    Rented from Low Country Rentals and Development for 3 years and it went very smoothly. Really like there online portal that allows you to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and sign leases. Met owner once and property manager twice and both very very pleasant and friendly. Would rent from them again and recommend them.

    ********************* is the most insensitive person *** ever known - my granddaughter died in one of his homes and in trying to resolve the lease he was rude and demanding - he really needs help and another job -

    **** (landlord) ignores our calls and e-mails, tells us he is too busy since he has so many other tenants. We are trying to move out since our lease is up soon and our new landlord needs **** to fill out a form to verify that we make our payments on time. **** wont provide his email for them to send it. Weve never rented from someone this unprofessional. I wont even get into everything wrong with the property. Please take your money any where else. Its been problem after problem renting with low country rentals and developments. What a joke ?? no wonder they have so many available units

    We just moved in about 2-3 months ago, when we moved in we quickly realized how many problems are in this house, all the company tells us to do is put in work orders but theres genuinely so many problems with the house I dont have time to put all of those work orders in, this house is unprepared and a huge safety hazard and nothing is getting fixed correctly

    Unprofessional, abusive, and completely uncivilized own, ****. I viewed a house with black mold and severe water damage and stains about 2 feet up the wall on 4 walls, and he shouted, yes shouted, at me "that's not black mold".... ************ should be penalized severely for being so malicious to tenants and I agree with all the negative reviews about Low Country Rentals. *****Don't rent from them, and if you already gave them your money, fight to get it back**** and don't move into one of their properties, you will regret it. Do not trust any of the "five star" reviews, as I am certain that a member of his staff writes those. I also recommend you ****** the company, to read their ****** and yelp reviews, in addition to these, BBB reviews.

    Run far away from *********************. This man child is the most unprofessional human being I've ever ran across. We moved into a house in ******** Sept 6, 2022. The **** was not working. I text **** to let him know that it needed to be serviced. He spoke to me like I was an idiot and didn't know how to work an air conditioner. He finally sent an **** company over..the entire unit inside and out needed to be replaced. There was no insulation in the attic either. I had pulled the air filter out and it was disgusting, he claimed they had just done construction and that's why the filter was dirty. This leads me to believe this man was well aware the **** was not functioning. Being that I have a 6 month old child and it was almost 90 degrees inside the house after midnight, I text him again to see when the **** would be repaired. He said it was going to cost $7k and he'd put in some window units. Low and behold, this man charges me $1500 for air conditioning units and the labor to put them in. No receipts and no authorization from anyone to even put in window units. No where on the planet does a tenant pay for property improvements if they did not damage the property. He claimed **** wasn't in the advertisement and he's not responsible for it. He then threatened to ruin our credit, there was cursing, yelling and we ultimately hung up on this man. We moved out at the end of the month. He also has been arrested for impersonation of a police officer while soliciting *** from an intoxicated 20 year old (ie likely was going to **** her), sued for operating illegal airbnbs, lost mortgage license in *******. Piece of work this guy is. DO NOT GET INTO A LEASE WITH *********************. He owns numerous property companies. Do your research so you don't end ** in my predicament.
