I purchaser this gas stove from R&R supply as cooking
stove and found that you can only use it in a business and my house insurance
does not cover it in my home. I when back to discuss returning the store back
for full refund and was told in order for that to be accepted in would a 25%
restocking charge because they can’t resell to another customer. At the bottom
this contract it doesn’t state any such thing about a restock fee so they would
give me back the amount I paid from my debit card in with I state it not fair
and I am entitle to all my money back. Mr. **** ***** point to me a sign posted
in the store. The stove was return and pick up by a employee I was charge 15%
restocking fee and the amount when to my debit card in the amount of 2,017.05
in stead of 2,533.86 that I paid in full for the stove. I want back the full
amount that I paid. I never use the stove and there were know damage to the
stove because my home kitchen was under remodel by *** ******** who I hire you
cant contact him at this [************

    PS
I will be contacting Consumer Protection Agency at the
Attorney General Office to file claim of complaint.

i am **** ***** GM of  R&R. I was the one who handled Mr ****** complaint. Mr ****** came into our store to purchase a heavy duty stove to upgrade his kitchen. My employee Tana gave Mr ****** some options and printed out specs sheets for every stove. Mr ****** chose the stove he wanted from the spec sheets also had  a visual of it in stock. Mr ****** made the purchase and his stove was delivered. A few days later i got a visit from Mr ****** about returning the stove. He said his wife didnt like it because it didnt have an electric pilot which was already determined from specs. I told Mr ****** and showed him sign present that we have a policy of a 25% restocking fee and there ws nothing wrong on my end to take the stove back at no charge. Mr ****** continued about his problem and wasnt tryin to hear about no restocking fee. Noticing that he had got his self in a jam i told Mr ****** if the stove has not been hook up with gas and used i would take it back even or allow him to get a smaller stove he was asking me for. I explained to him that the smaller stove would be no difference pilots will still burn its a commercial stove. Yet the stove had to still be new like i sold it to him. Mr ****** assured me that he did hook it up and did a burn off. i then told him i have to charge you the restocking fee because the stove shows the white burn marks on the black aisle which was attempted by both parties to clean but not coming off. I explained to Mr ****** that nobody is gonna purchase a new stove that already shows wear and tear. Still to get a fair deal and get Mr ****** out of his mistake of purchase i only charged him 15% hoping this would be a fair resolution for both parties. The stove would have to be resold with a minimum of at 15% off. I also talked to Mr ****** contractor who stated Mr ****** should have just purchase a residential stove that wouldnt continue to burn gas. He also assured me he gave him a recommendation not to purchase commercial. I also told contractor i understand mistakes so im willing to take back his stove at an even if no burnt wear.  They sent me pictures i text Mr ****** which he should have in his phone that i would have to charge the restocking fee because of use however i will only charge 15%. We agreed he came down next day for refund. I clearly thought this was resolved. The stove has wear that is visible. They may have not cooked on it but they burned all 6 isle for future use. if stove was not wanted why hook up gas? why burn isles? Mr ****** was sold exactly what he asked for contractor just later explained to him again about his gas bill at a residence using a commercial stove. Here at R&R we strive to keep our customers happy and make sure everybody has a fair deal
