    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We were from out of town and booked a room so that we could get together with our family members after our intimate wedding and eat/celebrate. ***** helped us get a room and we paid $100 to have it reserved. The server was rude from the very beginning. My husband and dad addressed it with the manager and nothing changed with her attitude. There was also a leak in the ceiling right by the door that everyone was going in and out which couldve been an accident waiting to happen. The managers just told us that it was an old building and sometimes leaks. We found this to be safety hazard. They used a tablecloth to soak up the water and left it on the ground. We also have four friends who we asked if they could be in the room. The manager initially told us yes and started to place chairs in the room and then they changed their minds. Those four people ended up going to eat in the restaurant and were treated kindly by their waiter and actually had a great experience. We ultimately decided to leave due to the way the waiter was treating us and us addressing it and nothing changing. I have never been treated that way by a waiter. When I addressed these issues with ***** she refused to give us a refund. We deserve a refund for inconvenience and for the safety concerns that were brought upon us on a day that was to be remembered.
