    On July 25, 2023, we had the pleasure of having lunch at the lady & sons restaurant. Let me say how much I loved the food and the ambiance. However, I was taken back and very upset when the server told us that we were NOT allowed to take the leftovers with us! She said we COULD TAKE the DESSERTS, BUT NOT ANY OF THE LUNCH FOOD. Since I have Crohn’s disease, a PERMANENT Disability, covered by ADA, I was shocked to hear of this policy. People with this disability CANNOT eat large portions at one time. They must be eaten in small portions. That is the reason for asking for this accommodation. We were given plastic containers for our desserts, but were told this was for the desserts ONLY. THIS IS A RIDICULOUS POLICY. They obviously have the take out containers. So I was deprived from eating the balance of my lunch, and told we “Cannot take any of our lunch”. As you can see from the photo, this is the food that got thrown away.
    We spent over $65. For lunch, and we cheated out of eating it. I am attaching a photo of the food we were Not allowed to take. We paid for ALL of it, but we couldn’t keep it! I mailed the restaurant in an attempt to resolve this matter, but to date, no one has ever responded.
    I am asking for a Full refund.

    Hello,

        I am following up on the status of my complaint against Lady & Sons restaurant.  I have not heard back from BBB since August 8th.  Is there a deadline for them to respond?
