I would not recommend Vinyl Service for Screened patio service.. I had them install a screen room in 2018. My screen room is leaking inside my patio and the ceiling fan is sagging. They came out to look at it and told me it is normal for the ceiling to sag. For two years I complained about the leak. Way before my warranty expired. Nothing!! Nothing! I received a call back last month. Still waiting for them to fix it. I can't use my patio during the rain, because it floods. I have a lake in my patio every time it rains. ******, go with a different company please. Now I got to pay a different company to fix Vinyl Industries faults!!!!

Vinyl Industries received your call and you were told your one year labor warranty had expired in 2019. Vinyl Industries built your room 7 years ago, and we are willing to service your job. We explained to you a service fee would be charged to come our and repair the room. You were told that numerous hurricanes, storms, and a snow storm have occurred since your room was built. None of these storms are covered under your warranty. "Acts of God" are not covered, we have not heard from you about the repair.

Your room is 7 years old and we are willing to service the work, but there will be a service fee to service the room. If you are willing to pay the service fee for the tech to come to your home, we are willing to service the room. You were told this and told your room's one year warranty for labor has expired.

Reporting that Vinyl Industries would not keep their end of a verbal (made over the phone) contract on services requested by me. They had two items to replace - rain diverters on the gutter, and a top rail on the screened in porch. Both of these items had been damaged by hail. I initially asked them to repair a place on the siding as well, and received a written quote for all three items (rain diverters, top rail of porch, and siding repair) for $395. A few weeks passed, and I called and told them I needed a new quote for just the two items (no repair needed for the siding). I was given a new number over the phone ($325), and I agreed to it. A few weeks past and i called again to schedule the work, and I was told that the price would be reduced by $100 because the work was relatively easy and not involved. Of course I agreed to this new price ($225). Last Friday a tech came to the house and replaced the rain diverters. He also did a very minor repair on the vinyl trim around my front door, which I full intended to pay them for. He said he had to go by the shop to pick up the piece to repair the back porch and would return in a day or so. I got a call that evening and was asked why I didn't pay him before he left. I said I will gladly pay when the work is completed. I was told that I owed them $395 if he was going to do the back porch repair as well. I, of course, refused to pay this as that quote had been modified twice to just include the gutter rain diverters and the back porch top rail, and the amount was now $225. I was threatened - after he put his manager on the line, I was told they would come by and remove the rain diverters at their expense - which of course, was ridiculous. They said that they would do the back porch repairs for $370 ($25 less than the original estimate). Where they came up with that amount, I have no idea. They sent me a new contract and completed the work today, and I paid them $370 for work that was quoted at $225.
