I paid this company for a cdl class to help me get my class A license I’ve been doing through the return to duty process and sap they are on the fmcsa website as a certified school and they are the exact opposite. I paid 1500 for 10-3 day class and once they took my money they tried to push me to a 6-9 night class which I’m not able to attend. So they wanted me to sit with a director in the business office but it’s infested with roaches. It’s not a clean or safe environment and the instructor can’t even read i told them that this wasn’t a good fit for me so i wanted my money back and they refused they have multiple complaints on them on google for scam alerts i just want to bring awareness to the public about this company and i want my money back they’re employees had the office smelling like marijuana they just aren’t professional at all and it’s a boarding house with people staying up stairs

      Good Afternoon,

I hope this email finds you well. We are responding again to the complaint for Building Bridges Enterprise Incorporated located at **** ** **** ******* ********* ** ******

On June 15th, 2023 at 9:30am. *** ****** came into the Building Bridges Enterprise office demanding his money back. *** ***** (the Director) was in the office and apologized for his experience and told him that she didn't have the money. He was extremely upset and was told several times that he made the office staff feel uncomfortable and that *** ***** ******** ***** was not in the office. He refused to leave stating that he "wasn't going to do anything", pulling his hood over his head, shaking angrily, and said "if I wanted to do something, I would.. I see where the camera is". *** ***** told *** ****** if he didn't leave then she would call the police. *** ****** told her to do it because he wasn't leaving* *** ******** (the Vice President) told him repeatedly that we would offer a solution to help him and he repeatedly refused. *** ****** was screaming at the police outside and refused to be calm. After arguing for 15 minutes, he left the premises.

He proceeded to go to the City of Savannah building to scream and record on his phone saying "Building Bridges is a scam!! There is no class here". We hold our CDL classes in that building, and made the front desk manager very uncomfortable and she asked him to leave several times (please review the video attached). *** ****** has repeatedly threatened and harrassed Building Bridges Enterprises as well as City of Savannah employees.

The resolution for this situation is for us to refund *** ****** his payment of $1500. We will make this payment within 10 business days to the Better Business Bureau.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at 678- 437-8877. Thank you and have a great day.

      Best Regards,
