    My child was a student of the school until 2020. During the time of her attendance she was to attend a performance at Disney. The fee of the trip was the parent's responsibility. Monies was paid for myself, and my child to attend the trip. The total amount paid for the trip was $1496, paid 03/27/2020. The trip was cancelled due to COVID pandemic, and was not rescheduled. The company did inform parents that a refund would be issued due to the inability to reschedule the event. I have contacted the company's owner on numerous occasions requesting my refund. The company also sent a JotForm for information of how to issue the refund, which also included a disclaimer of no specified date of when the refund will be issued. As of today 12/13/2022 I have yet to receive my refund, and the owner has ignored my request of a refund on several occasions. I have also attempted to receive my refund by way of delivering a certified letter, and the owner has yet to respond by issuing a refund. Unfortunately, I'm unable to afford legal to take this matter further. My daughter no longer attend the school, and we have since relocated, and I think the owner doesn't feel a sense of urgency to refund my monies.
