    i paid for a membership june 8, 2023 month to month so my payment for june lasted til july 8 then it renewed charging me additional monthly fee for the month of july 8-aug 8 only issue is i cancelled and last day i was able to jump was july 7 also have email verifying that my membership was only valid through july 7 and no additional charges would be made to my account which was false

    Good evening, I have attached a referenced of this booking on our end of what we see. (I marked out anything that can identify the guest as requested by BBB) You can see in the first attachment that this booking was created on June 8th. If guest wanted to cancel before the second month payment, it would have had to be canceled 72 hours before the next payment which was stated in the terms and conditions that is attached to the booking and emailed to guest. If you look on the right side in either attachment, you can see the membership was not canceled until July 10th. 2 days after the second payment was supposed to be taken out therefore it still charged guest. The membership team have explained that if payment is denied for lack of funds or any other reason, it will still attempt to get payment even if the memberships is canceled after it is initially charged, because the money is still owed. I have also attached a screenshot of the terms and conditions attached to the booking that was also emailed the same day. If this agreement is attached and the guest did not cancel within the timeframe to not get charged again, there will be no refund given.
