    Holy c*** at the bad reviews!!! This will be my second review. The first is customer service, well they ****. This one, well it's customer service and their site. I have been trying to add my account (because they've changed their site yet again) and it keeps telling me that it cannot confirm account because the numbers of the account and/or dollar amount don't match. BS, I know my account number and what I paid last on my last bill. So I called, and this is where the customer "service" comes in. When I call it sends me to a voicemail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so sick of this company I could scream!!....WUM, don't come back saying "We apologize for your frustration.....", it's like throwing the hotdog down the hallway, it won't satisfy me.

    It is impossible to pay your bill with this company. The website is horrendous and never works properly, and when you call, the representative (if someone actually answers) refuses to take payment over the phone. Hence, making it impossible to pay your bill. It almost seems they are trying to incur late fees. They also never send bills in the mail and because they have a weird billing period (it's not once a month) it's impossible to know when the bill is due. They shut off the water to a friend of mine( she's 85 years old and has ALWAYS paid her bills) because she was unknowingly, 3 months late. She never received one bill, one call, or one late notice. That's absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention, the cost is ridiculous and we have no other options to go with which allows them to name their price. Unfortunately, there is not much good to say about this company.

    Worst company ever. I just had to pay a suspension fee even though my services have not been suspended just to keep them from being disconnected. **************** is very rude and does not care to help assist with the issue at hand. All they care about is taking your money.

    We apologize for any issues with our representatives and will review with our manager. The statement date for the bill was 1/12/2023 and the due date on the paper bill was 2/1/2023. The back side of the bill states that a suspension fee of $60 dollars will be applied if not paid within 30 days of the bill date and will be scheduled for cutoff. We notice that that the customer has been late on previous bills, so we strongly encourage the customer to sign up for ACH or other payment options on our portal. In fact, we are upgrading our billing system and next week our new portal will be up and running with other payment options.

    This water company company is the worst water company I've ever done business with. They don't bill out on the same date every two months which make it hard to keep when payments are due. About 4 months before the new portal was to go into effect, I received an email stating that this event was to occur on a certain date and that everything would transfer over without any problem. I had my payment cycle setup up on electronic bill pay from my checking account. The next billing cycle, after going to the new portal, I receive a late payment bill. When I called I was told that everything except electronic bill pay transferred over and that I needed to pay the bill. I was charged a late fee. It's poor customer service when you have to pay for there mistake. Then in October 2022 I received a bill which I paid for twice which gave me a credit. They applied the over payment to my account instead of refunded the money. Then on the next bill cycle they took the credit and then billed me for the remaining amount due. Due to the inconsistency of their billing cycle, I got mixed up on the amount due. When I received an email stating the I hadn't paid the remaining portion of the bill, I went online and scheduled the payment. The payment was received and applied to my account. The following day my water was turn off. When I called to confirm that they received the payment the lady was very rude and didn't want to help me at all with the problem. Had I known that they had already charged me for a late fee and reconnect few I would have gone online and paid it a week earlier rather then scheduling it to be paid in five days, which was bank policy. Seems to me like all they want is to see how much they can take you for. I live in a subdivision and have to use them for my water service, I have no choice. If there were anyone else that I could use, I would cancel service with this company.

    ****, I am sorry to hear of your above issues. We heard you and will be switching to a new billing system and customer portal in 2023. We will also be converting to another bill mailing provider. All the changes will ensure you get timely and accurate billing. Along with a portal to support you. We do bill every two months on an 8 cycle rotation and with the new system will be automatic from a bill payment standpoint. We appreciate you as a customer and confident the changes will address your issues.
