I wanted to inform you regarding a serious theft that has recently happened during Hurricane Helene. On 09/27, my car was repo'd during the storm and it took a while to contact the asset recovery behind **** **** ******* . They claimed they were closed during the storm but little did they know is that my theft alarm kept sending me notifications all the way up to 10/3. I even got a theft alert as early as 4:00am. I finally was able to retrieve my items on 10/17 and when I tell you how devastated I was, it was terrible. My clothes/shoes, passport, 65 in curved tv, PS4/PS5, and valueable jewelry was stolen! They showed the pictures they took for "inventory" however, that was a whole week after they retrieved the car. They told me I could file a police report and I wasted no time and called the police right there. After I told the police what happened, they spoke to the people in the trailer and then proceeded to tell me to leave the premises. I already filed a police report and I looked online to see they had NUMEROUS reviews on theft and nobody has done anything about it. I had very sentimental items that I worked hard for and I was in a bad situation. I can't believe repossesion people do things like this and I needed help to expose them for what they have done.

First they don’t answer the phones. The times on the recording they do not honor. They stole my money out my vehicle on ********** ***** * ****** Then the lady told my 15 year old to get the **** off their property. She refused to get the manager. She said they had taken pictures but she never showed me anything. Even the officer stated they don’t look reliable nor honest. THEIR OFFICE IS A TRAILER ON THE LOT!!! The lady kept yelling y’all can get the **** off my property as if she wanted me to retaliate in some way but I was not able to because they stole all that I have I could only cry! Finally my finance department calls August 2023 to say I signed a paper stating everything was ok before seeing the vehicle so there was nothing they could do. The paper I signed, the lady said sign the paper to say you’re gathering your belongings from the property. That’s the only reason I signed anything. I needed to get my money out the car to pay them to give me my car back.
