    1. After a botched installation and subsequent repair, the shut off valve for my $3000 shallow well pump was removed. After three calls to the local office at ************************************** at ************ to get this problem resolved and no response despite three conversations promising to report my problem, nothing has happened and the problem has not been resolved. 2. We had been promised detergent refills for the life of our water softening system. We have the order form and have contacted the number for customer service listed on the form and we have also contacted the local office for the promised supplies but have received no return contact nor have we received any information regarding or request for replacement supplies.

The company against which I made the complaint responded with a visit by a representative who promised a resolution to my installation problem but twice now the company failed to do the pair as promised despite having set up appointments for the repair . My next resort apparently is small claims court.

I bought a home in January and received an ad from this company for a free $25 Home Depot gift card in exchange for them coming to my home, testing the drinking water, and giving a presentation. ***** was here for over an hour, and promised to have the company mail the gift card. I said that I thought we were supposed to get the gift card at the end of the presentation, and he said no. I called the company on several occasions, asking for the card, and I got different answers each time. Sometimes they said that they would mail it. When I called again and they tried to say that they would mail it again and I said you already said that before, then they said they would try to email it. Never received it in email. Then they said they had a new system and couldn’t figure out how to use it. Then they said they had an installer coming to my area and he would deliver it to me after I threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Well, the installer never showed up. I offered to go meet him and pick up the card. They would never tell me where he was in town and I never received the $25 gift card.
