      My brother passed 6/28/2023, and we used the company for cremation and purchased 10 copies of death certificates. The first issue was with the cremation, it took them almost two weeks to return remains. When l would call and ask l was told on one call that they have no idea where he is. I told her that was not a comforting statement. I eventually received his remains on July 12th. I then requested the death certificates on July 26th, and l was told that when she get back in office that she would check with DC coordinator. I have had no contact since then. The cost was over $2000.00. My contact person was Bre.

      Hello,

      My brother was ************************* death date 6/28. I called bre today and was told she was out sick, lady who answered the phone said she would check on death certificates (10). She promised to call me back, its been several hours and no response. This is the issue l have been facing. I cannot get any help without calling more than once.

First, allow me to apologize for any lack of communication you and your family have experienced. We've met with your director and formally addressed this issue. In regard to the delay with ****************' death certificates, with respect to privacy laws, certification fell under the jurisdiction of the ********************************. These cases historically take longer due to the investigative measures required by the state. We have contacted the ************************* and the family in regard to ****************' certificate status and will be providing updates until certification is complete.

      Hi,My name is *******************************. In ************************** to pay $7500 bonding money so I went to ******************************** bonding company located in ************** in *******.Initially I paid $1000 to them but later because of the circumastances I paid the total amount $7500 so total I paid $8500 to ************************************ court case was closed in 2020 and I called ********************************* bonding company phone number "************' to ask about getting the bond money back but I came to know that levett and ************************ comapny in ******* is out of business and sold their phone number to another bonding company.So I called Levett funeral homes on ************ and explained my issue and the person in the front desk took the information from me and said that she will inform it to the respective person in the management. I called many times but I didn't get any information.So all I am trying to know is....I want to get my bonding money back from **********************************
