    I ordered t shirts for my family and when I clicked on this tab it was for kc cheifs t shirts. So I put sizes in and paid my money and waited. When I received my t shirts and saw that I got 49ers shirts instead of kc cheifs t shirts. I contacted the company to get the problem corrected but they said that I would have to pretty much live with it. We are not 49ers fans We kc cheifs fans. I want these for my family so we would have special t shirts to wear for the superbowl but now we will have to wear our regular t shirts.

    November 30, 2022 - I placed an order with Lizado for a "************** Gamecocks Snoopy And Friends Merry Christmas Printed Crewneck Pullover Sweatshirt". At 7:08 AM, I received an email confirming the order. The confirmation stated, "Your package will arrive in **** business days from the warehouse". December 1 @ 5:22 AM - an email was sent to me by Lizado stating that the color that I ordered (Forest Green) was "out of stock" and they requested that I select another color. 7:41 AM - two hours & 19 minutes after the timestamp of the email, I responded with the new color (Maroon). December 2 @ 3:22 AM an email was sent from Lizado stating that the color had been changed to Maroon and that it would be "printed and produced within the next few days". The email also stated that they would "send tracking as soon as shipping begins". December 13 - No shirt, so I emailed at 8:26 AM asking where it was. A response was sent to me at 8:26 AM, "Your order is being scanned PO at the shipping unit, and in **** days it will be delivered to you. ********** you'll be able to get it before Christmas this year" with the tracking information December 18 - Still no shirt. I have tried contacting Lizado by phone. The phone number provided by Lizado is not a working number and when searching by address, the photo is of a house that appears to be in a neighborhood. When I entered the tracking number into **** the 'Shipping Progress' notes dated December 4, 2022 at 5:54 AM reflect: Order information received ************* 12/12/2022 @ 6:15 PM - *** Tracking, "Shipping Progress" notes reflect: Package Processed *******, **, ************* Three additional updates received. Most recent, December 18 @ 7:47 PM Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending, ********, **, ************* Should have received the shirt on 12/12 at the latest!

    We would like to clarify the dispute between ** and customer *********************** (owner of order *******

    We have sent orders to customers from 12/12 after production has been completed. However, *** shipping was not smooth due to overcrowding at the end of the year. We have announced on the company website that deliveries and shipping will be slower than usual. However, we will try to **************** to deliver before Christmas this year, and we have done that with order 105608.

    I ordered a custom hoodie, my account was charged $37.41, on 11-11-2022. I received a confirmation n 11-14-2022 that the order was i its way, tracking number **************************. I sent a text message and an email to this company, no response. I called the phone number listed for this company, no longer a working number. Agree reading other complaints, this is par for the course for this company. Would really just like a refund.

    Regarding the issue of customer *************************, his order was recorded as lost by the shipping system on 11/28, after which we immediately resend a new order to him.

    By December 6, the order was successfully delivered to his address, and **** did not have any further complaints or requests.     Ordered 9/28/22. They said it would ship 3-5 days. Got a tracking number 926129030292165434066xxxxx. Said **** business days. The tracking information says pending. I went to the *********** today. They have no info on this package. The company says its on its way. I dont think so. Spent $38 on a hoodie. Should have read their reviews first.
