      We had a house fire on 8/23/23. Our house had to be completely rebuilt on the inside. Completion date for the rebuild was 5/1/24. As of today, 2/21/25 the rebuild is not completed. Penco, the contractor is charging for work that was not done and overcharging for work that was done. I uploaded the the last Penco estimate and my last communication to Penco In summary, Penco has overcharged me by $13,090.59 see email attached. I also upfronted $21,869.16 out-of-pocket toward our repairs (Penco was provided with receipts) and we need to be refunded for those expenses. In addition, the items highlighted in yellow in my attached email still need to be done. In order to ensure that the work is done in a thorough and timely manner, I will find qualified contractors to finish the remaining work. So far Penco received $143,785.52 from me. Penco requested another $57,000.00. The Penco estimate from 1/31/2025 (attached) is in the amount of $204.106,76. When deducting the ***** payments already made totaling $143,785.52, there remains a balance of $60,321.24. Deducted from that are the adjusted Penco charges we listed, attached totaling $54,585.87, which leaves a final total balance owed to Penco of $5,735.37. Penco is 11 months behind schedule and in no hurry to finish my house, We have lost faith in Penco's ability to finish the outstanding work and repairs. Throughout our entire dealings with Penco, they have purposely misled, lied, avoided, overcharged, and performed substandard repairs requiring multiple repairs to their repairs, resulting in great inconvenience to us and unnecessary time and money lost. Penco must provide warranties for both HVAC Units and all Kitchen Appliances: garbage disposal, dishwasher, gas stove top and exhaust, built-in microwave and oven. We expect all warranty information to accompany the revised invoice, showing the accurate amounts paid and owed.

      My home suffered water damage from a shower pan leaking in my home 07/2022. Penco was hired at the suggestion of my insurer ******************** Penco subsequently did all the remediation and reconstruction completed 04/2023. However, during the remediation phase they cosmetically damaged a new tub that was installed in 2020. They agreed to repair the tub and they have tried more than 4 separate times to resurface the tub. The repairs have not been satisfactory and the tub is still cosmetically damaged. Pictures have already been shared with the general manger. I attempted to contact ******************* last week multiple times and he no longer engages me on this matter.
