      Today I went to my renters portal and saw that I had a lease violation of $75 for trash outside of my door. We have valet trash in our lease so whether I use the service or not, I am charged for it. The owner of the property comes at 8am every morning and sends everyone a violation who has their trash outside because the time to have your trash out is between 6:30p to 7:00p. If the trash people dont come up my stairs or I am at work when they come and I miss it, I get fined. Monday I was sent a violation in which I did not have trash outside my door because I started taking my own trash to the dumpster. I did in fact have an instacart delivery for food in which she deemed to be trash. I have emotion support dogs and this is beginning to fill like bullying and is disturbing my mental health. This is not the first time and I have been here less that 6 months. They forced us to pick up these trash cans at the front office, just to not be able to properly use the service. Please help!
