GLA takes pictures and marks the car with dents, rock chips, scratches, etc. You can not claim prior damage on your current claim; therefore, we had the customer open a second claim for the prior damage. There should have been a third claim for damage on the drivers side which was also previous damage. but the customer refused. We were accused of stealing her battery. *** replaced the battery at no charge. We did everything we could to make this customer happy, but sometimes it doesn't matter what you do as customers want everything fixed even if it wasn't part of the accident.. We've been in business for 20 plus years and take pride in our work.
