    This grocery store is selling bad meat, moldy fruits and vegetables and the items in the frozen food section are completely freezer burnt with no color ( meat is gray ). They sell items with next day expiration

    Good Morning,

    This email is in response to a complaint we received thru the Better Business Bureau from ****** ******.

    After receiving our copy of the letter, Ms. ****** was contacted by ****** ******, our Meat Market Supervisor on 03/04/25.

    Ms. ****** explained that she had purchased ***** Frozen Chicken Wings that had broken bones and a bad odor. 

    She also purchased a package of mushrooms from the ****************** that appeared to have mold on the bottom.  
    Ms. ****** was able to return the items and they were replaced for her.  The store manager also gave her a $50.00 gift card for future shopping.  

    ****** asked her if she had a complaint about our fresh meat counter and she said she did not.

    ****** commented that the customer was very nice and mentioned she shops at this store often.  

    As a precaution,the meat market, frozen foods and produce sections were inspected by our Stores District supervisors to ensure that each department s product was in good order.
