    I purchased CyberScrub KeyChain several years ago and it has worked well up until a few days ago when a "Pop up" screen appears indicating that even though my activation key "Is Valid" that I needed to update the key. I paid for this program several years ago and although I own it, CyberScrub periodically appears to check the validity. Even though their pop up window indicates the key it is valid, I can no longer access my passwords because the are holding me "hostage" to pay another fee. This program worked fine on both of my computers up until a few days ago when they apparently manipulated it. The web page link from the program to their company "is no longer working" Calls to their office yield only a voice mail with no return calls. Emails to their business have not been answered. NOW after seeing all the complaint on BBB, they are obviously ignoring long time customers. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

    I have purchased their product and they have acknowledged receipt/ payment but have yet to deliver the product via email as it is just an activation code. I have emailed customer numerous times and no reply and have called their support line as well multiple times and despite leaving numerous requests no call back. Its beyond unacceptable
