    on 8-7-2025 EliteServe Restoration LLC ***************************** 4 Smyrna, Ga ***** phone # **************. was hired to place a roof on a down payment was given in cash. The work had not be done there was always some sort of excuse so in January **************************************************************************** so another contractor could put on the roof, They sent out ******* then ****** but no other money have be paid. They have not responded in the last two months to email, letter or phone calls for the balance of *******.     I found this company on *********, I was looking for a licensed contractor for a rental property that I bought in October in *******. The person i talked concerning the project was *** *******, he sent me a color for my kitchen cabinets, I thought it was dark brown, the kitchen was light brown, he told me he will send me some colors that will match my kitchen cabinets I chose 1 color, when he started stain the cabinets I said no I dont like this color, I kept telling him this color doesnt match the house, i talked to him he said he will stain the doors, the Mouldings in the wall and those in the ceiling in the dining room area. He told me he will do it for free I didnt need to pay I said ok. After he told me its going to be a lot of work, he told me for him to stain the kitchen to match the color of the doors he will charge me $4500. I said ok leave it because for me if I give him a job to stain the kitchen cabinets, I didnt tell him to change my cabinets color. When he sent the color it looked dark brown after I saw another color that I dont want and I dont like. I need him to stain my kitchen cabinets with the right color. While I gave him that job in ******* I gave him another job in my residential home in **********, another contractor lied to me to enclosed a patio that I will not need a permit. After I stopped the first contractor, *** ******* told me he can get a permit to finish the sunroom I said ok I will be glad, he told permit got approved, when he sent a guy to finish it after he said inspection people are coming I told him they can come any day. We talked over the phone about to pay $550 I told him I didnt have that money he can pay it after I will discuss with him because that time I had closer to $3k refunds from him. Last week I contacted him he said hes sorry he was out of country. I have a lot of stress because of what he did to me. If I know h*** not be able to get a permit Ill not let him come to finish it. He stopped answering us.

    The contractor started the work to restore the house after a tree fell on it in September 2023. The contractor has not completed the work and missed the deadline at least 5 times. He continues to make excuses. He has been paid for the work but is not getting the work completed by the deadlines. It will now cost us money to bring in a new contractor. If he continues the job, it is costing money for living and storage expenses. The house was to be completed by April 30, 2024. My father is *************************************************************************************************************************************** his home. The contractor is *** ******* **************. He is in violation of his contract and has taken advantage of an older person.
