    I placed an order with Common Scents also known as tryscents back in August 1st 2024. When I went to check the status of my order, the site was down. Then I kept checking it for about 2 days after ordering to see if had been fixed. The site still isnt working. Then I tried calling and the number they have is someone else's number now. I have ordered from them before and I had to reach out to them several times before I got my order delivered to me. Now I cant contact them at all because the website is down and the number is no longer their number. I would just like a refund. And I wont do business with them any longer. Thanks

    I placed my order May 19, 2023. I ordered 6 items for a total of $35.99 including delivery. I emailed June 2, 2023 to inquire what the status of my order was and my response was an email showing a label had been created with *** and was given a tracking number 1Z8A98780323725251. I have been checking the status since Friday there has been no change. I requested a refund yesterday and there has been no response. This is my 3rd time ordering from them and each time I've had to send an email to inquire about my purchase, the only difference is I didn't receive my product this time. I looked back at my records and realized I've ordered 1 time every year since 2021, so I guess I forgot about the bad service each time because the product is actually really good. I looked up reviews this time to see if I was the only one having this experience and sadly I'm not. I like supporting small businesses and it brings me no joy to complain about this company, however customer service is very important and so is integrity and they seem to be lacking in both areas. I either want my product or my money back.
