    I placed an order on the *** app and which a doordash driver picked up the order and never delivered it to my home. When I called the store to see how do I proceed and the manager was very nasty, rude and unhelpful. I proceed to call *** 800 number for a refund and to file a complaint and I see why the stores act the way that they do because they were very rude as well as if it was their money and food!! I never really ever order through any app, I prefer to go get my food but I'm on bedrest, so I took a chance, and Lord did it backfire. *** told me in order to get a refund I have to wait for doordash to email them back (whenever that may be) to say I never received my order as if I'm a liar and then they will issue me a refund. I then proceeded to call doordash and was told that was not their policy so I don't know who's lying. I would love my refund and to be done with ***.

    On 2024-09-29 at 1:23 PM, I went to *** #G135085 through the drive-through. The cashier was *******. I ordered a four-piece meal, Ala Carte 10-piece apple poppers, and a Big Box. The total food order was $34.21, and the ticket was #****. We were in the drive-thru for one hour. I asked the cashier what was wrong, and she said they were severely short-handed. We waited patiently even though we were missing the game. After 45 minutes, I asked to speak to the manager, and she had a red shirt on. I asked her why it was taking so long, and she said I was already told she was short-handed and working in the kitchen. She gave us a molded chocolate cake and walked off. When the cashier came to provide us with our food, she said there were no nuggets. I said we had already been there for 45 minutes, which was ridiculous, and she started recording me in the window. She said they were afraid of me. I told her to stop recording me and that she did not have permission to record me, and she did not stop. I called the police, and they asked her to delete it. The officer stated that she deleted it. Not only did we get molded food, but we also waited one hour for it. Your manager recorded my daughter and me, who is a minor, without my permission.
