3 starsThe **** people did a great job - very professional and top notch. However, the electrical subcontractor they used, ********************* was absolutely horrible. They unnecessarily tore up my basement ceiling and some drywall. Then, they left the place a complete mess. Had I realized how bad the subcontractor would be, I would not have used ESOG! I am terribly disappointed in ESOG for using such a poor electrical dub-contractor!Review fromLewis P

5 starsI had contacted several companies and none were familiar with a pier foundation.. I called engineered solutions, even though they were almost 3 hrs away..they came out.. did the job in a matter of 2 days.. I have a small self built home.. even though everything was done to code and inspected, the entire back of my house settled 3 inches..weve had 34 inches of rain this year..they added new footers and adjustability if there was any more settlement.. very impressed with everyone I dealt with..well done gentlemen!Review fromTommie J

5 starsI worked with a very conscientious team from **** who worked diligently and professionally throughout the entire project. **** was patient and took the time to explain all the steps in the projects, how the work was sequenced, how long it would take until completion, and they left my basement space clean and tidy. 4 starsPrompt, courteous, and fairly priced. **** did not attempt to upsell me or play sales tactics like extra discount if you sign today. *** came out within 3 business days to inspect issue and had quote prepared in 2 business days after that.Installation team scheduled 10 days after accepting quote, completed work in one day.Bumped back one star as I did not fully understand drainage system concept and would have made change in drainage location if I knew.Overall, great experience and solution is working as expected.Review fromMelissa U

ESOG was fantastic! From the initial call to the service we received, every member of the team was professional, honest, and skilled at their job. I highly recommend getting a second or third opinion from ESOG and then carefully considering the options available. The team at **** has significantly more experience and knowledge compared to many other companies, which often try to sell unnecessary services for tens of thousands of dollars. We received complete transparency from start to finish with ESOG, and we are very happy with the final product.

We called this company for a Quote to get some work done on our house, my husband talked to **** ****. **** came out did a walk around even though he put estimates on the quote that we didnt ask him to look at. My husband gets the quote through email which turns out to be a contract with an estimate of bulls__t the estimate was for over $14,000, the estimate was marked up. **** kept asking my husband to sign the documentation never saying its a contract but we are not dumb. A quote and contract are 2 different things I deal with vendors at my job all day and get quotes, he tried to put pressure on my husband to sign the contract which was only supposed to be a quote. I called **** he stated oh its a contract and he sent it to us for convenience incase we used them but why did you ask my husband to sign. BEWARE THEY ARE FULL OF IT You should never send a contract to the customer if they have not agreed for yall to do the work just for convenience then ask them to sign a contract that supposedly only be a quote. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY if you reach out to them for a quote make sure you read it and make sure it says a quote and that its not a contract that will be legally binding once your **** ******* is on there. There is no such thing as convenience when it comes to contracts, especially if ******** agreed to let your company do the work.Engineered Solutions of Georgia, Inc.

We appreciate feedback from all customers good and bad, it is how we gauge our performance and continue to improve our business. I am not sure what caused the confusion between quotes and contracts, and I am very sorry this customer had an atypical experience with ESOG. We never want to do business with a customer who does not willing choose us as a vender and understand both the cause and cure for the issue. We dont have a separate document for quotes and contracts as is industry standard. We provide a written contract with a clear scope of work and a drawing. If a customer chooses to engage us to provide services, they signe the document and we proceed with the work. Again, I am very sorry for the misunderstanding and as always would be happy to discuss things in greater detail with any customer past, present or future.*** ******** President ESOG
