I bought the new glock 19 COA and the quality control is horrible. First, the milling of the optic cut is sloppy. There's a gap in between the end of optic and slide. The zero would not hold after 780 rounds. When I took off the optic to send it to aimpoint, the screws seemed a little loose. The front sight post was poorly installed and become loose in less than 3 weeks. I'm on my second COA optic and the zero doesn't seem to hold. I'm very disappointed in glock because they're usually very squared away and reliable. They need to pay attention to the new a-cut milling and quality control.Business Response

We did not see the previous notification from the BBB, so we apologize. Can you please send us some more information?

What city and state do you live in?
Also, if you want to email us directly, our email address is ********************************************************
Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
They don't care to respond even after I sent them an email. Glock is not PERFECTION like they claim. Their customer service is beyond atrocious. They've gotten so used to all the glock fanboys toeing the line and not questioning their mediocre standards. ****** would be rolling in his grave right now if he knew what his company has become.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: Their first response should have been 'we will take care of it immediately,' but it wasn't. They didn't respond the first time because they didn't see my complaint. I told them the problem and they won't replace the slide. They just want me to send it in. Why? The horrible quality control is the issue! Make a new slide with tighter tolerance so the rear clamp/sight doesn't move! They want to take half measures and waste more of my time. This is the last time I'm buying Glock. I've been shooting for 21 years,4 years army infantry, and a combat deployment under my belt. This is SLOPPY by all standards! Nothing is acceptable other than replacing the slide with precision cuts for the optic! I'm done with this company.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: unless they replace the slide, there is no point in wasting my time. They are too lazy and incompetent to replace the slide so they want to do half measures while wasting my time! Either it gets replaced with a new slide that isn't completely FUBAR'd or no deal!
Sincerely,

I placed an order for the Glock Tripod Stool on 21 January, ****. The item was shipped promptly and I received the product on 27 January, ****. The product was in good condition. The problem is that the 'seat' of the tripod stool is very small. I'm below average height and in ************. When sitting on the tripod, the seat is actually too small for me and trying to stay steady when using the stool in the lawn is difficult because of how small the tripod is. I posted a review of the product on the Glock online store website with 2-stars because of how small and unstable the stool is. I can see the review I submitted in my account; however, if you go to the product's page on the website, it shows NO REVIEWS. I believe Glock is filtering reviews on its online store, preventing customers from seeing reviews that are less than 4 or 5-stars. On a 5-star scale, 5 is excellent, 3 is average, and 1 is terrible. I rated the stool a 2 because it is not very stable for someone that is only 5'6" weighing 155 lbs (below the size of an average adult).I have submitted the tripod stool's product page that shows it has no publicly visible reviews. I have submitted the product page as an example for a Glock Watch to show what the product page should look like with reviews. I have submitted a snapshot of the review I submitted under my account, but it is NOT publicly visible at the time of this complaint.Business Response

I purchased a Glock 48 MOS on 12/16/2023 from a local authorized dealer for GLOCK. Unbeknownst did I realize that GLOCK had changed their nDLC finish on their GLOCK slimline pistols until I had arrived home with my purchase. However they are still advertising that the Glock 48 MOS comes with their nDLC finish. While researching in forums dedicated to GLOCK owners I came across several individuals that have expressed their frustration and grievance for the sudden change in their finish quality. The official statement sent from GLOCK was "As of April 2023, please be aware that all GLOCK Slimline pistols are no longer nDLC coated and are now ***** due to increased demand. You may notice a slight variation in the color from previous coating. The result is the same regarding durability". The statement regarding the same durability has resulted to be false as claimed by many in the Glock ownership community who have seen significant holster wear with the new ***** finish as opposed to the nDLC finish. I would like GLOCK to take back my firearm slide back at no cost to me and have them finish it in nDLC coating as it is on all their other pistols.Business Response
