    I purchased hair extensions online on 9/13/24 (Saturday). Process and shipping was only supposed to take 3-5 business days, however, I received communication that my order was received and would ship out 9/23/24. Shipment was sent out 9/23/24 however, the company failed to provide my shipping address. Which has caused my products to be sent back. **** sent a communication that due to the lack of address, they are returning to the sender. I contacted the company and provided screenshots on the tracking, however, was told to reach out to ****. Also, I was charged a ***** dollar insurance fee in case of stolen or loss. So this company did not provide the product in the advertised time and sent my order with state, city, and zip code. As of today's date my product is going back to sender, oh purchase is over $700.00

    This company scammed me out of almost $300 and after I contacted them through email they just threatened me by texting my phone and also leaving a voicemail trying to use reverse psychology trying to say of course that I got the product and Im trying to scam them this company needs to be shut down this is the first time this ever happened to me and I would not wish this on anyone but I know karma will find this person because you dont do that to people who work hard for their money and did nothing but try to support and ***** owned business this is really sad definitely taking precautions when shopping on the Internet from now on

    We did not defraud this consumer. Using her credit card company, the consumer initiated a bogus chargeback. We responded to the chargeback with the required documentation. The chargeback dispute was resolved in our favor. We have no influence over chargeback decisions, as they are determined by the bank. The customer's assertion that her order was damaged was not accurate. She also claimed that it was misplaced or stolen, which is also false. We performed our part by delivering the customer's desired merchandise. We do not ******* customers. We always attempt to handle client issues without involving third parties, as we did with this customer. I can appreciate the customer's displeasure with the outcome of the chargeback, but it is not accurate to imply that we defrauded someone when we did not.

    This business is lying I filed and she gave them false documents, claiming that I did get my package but told me the post office stole it, so dont believe that didnt receive anything that doesnt prove anything
